Ashley Winberg is one of the leading condominium lawyers in Ontario and is the Head of Corporate Practice at Pulver on Condos.

Ashley prides herself on providing her clients with timely legal solutions and practical implementation strategies, which enable her clients to prevent disputes, manage costs, and foster harmonious communities.

Ashley assists her clients on all matters relating to condominium governance, management, and operation. Ashley is passionate about complex post-turnover issues and her practice is largely focused on shared facilities, expropriation, labour and employment, human rights, construction deficiencies, occupational health and safety, aging and mental health, and municipal planning and compliance.

Ashley is committed to serving condominium communities throughout Ontario and as part of this commitment, Ashley has been a member of CCI Toronto’s Volunteer Resource Committee since its inception in 2014, and a Director on CCI Huronia’s Board of Directors since 2015. Ashley is also the Co-Chair of CCI Huronia’s Membership and Advertising Committee, a member of CCI Toronto’s Social Media Sub-Committee, a member of CAI’s Communications Committee, a frequent speaker and instructor at industry events and courses, and a regular contributor to numerous industry publications.

Ashley lives in Toronto with her husband and two children. When she is not working, Ashley can be found chasing after her children at the park.
